REGISTRATION COST PER CLASS:  $80 members; $100 non-members

HITTING/FIELDING

2:30-3:30 pm, ages 7-10
4:30-5:30 pm, ages 11-14

This class will utilize USA Elite Training’s hitting system that will teach the hitter correct mechanics emphasizing balance, proper weight transfer, bat path and hip explosion during the swing. In addition, the class will include teaching the players the correct overhand throwing techniques and proper footwork for fielding ground balls and fly balls. Strength training drills will be included in every session.



*IMPORTANT:  We do not provide make-ups for missed classes unless we are forced to cancel due to weather conditions.  Please be sure that all dates in each session work on your schedule before registering.  Any weather related cancellations/reschedules will be communicated to you via email and a recorded message on our phone machine
(203-439-0565).


Cancellation Policy:
7 day notice required for refund. No make-ups for illness. Medical Injuries with a Doctor's note a Credit will be provided

Clinic Overview for Hitting/Fielding

  • USA Elite Training Hitting Clinics are offered from September till March for ages 8 to 16 at our indoor training center. The hitting clinics utilize the Hapanowicz training model to teach the correct fundamentals of the softball swing.
