1 on 1 Professional Consulting

• USA Elite Training offers individualized and semi-private year around lessons to students ages 8-college level. The USA Elite’s professional coaching staff utilizes a teaching system used to instruct players in the all skills of softball including the art of windmill pitching and catching. Player Evaluation

• This is where USA Elite Training, LLC Training Staff will take the player through a series of strength, agility and softball drills to determine which division a player would be considered for and what the player needs to improve upon in order to play in a higher division. During this process, USA Elite Training Staff will be very candid with the player as to her current softball level. Includes, player write up and evaluation with drills to help player reach their desired goals.

1 Hour Initial College Recruiting Consult

• During this hour, Jennifer Hapanowicz will discuss the following with the player and her parents:
  1) Take them through the recruiting questionnaire
  2) Understand the player’s academic and softball goals
  3) Explain myths of college recruiting
  4) Explain recruiting time lines
  5) Explain Personal Marketing Plan

College Skills Video

• The video will be produced by Jennifer and her professional video staff. USA Elite Training’s experience in the industry will provide you with a video coaches will actually watch. Jennifer understands what coaches want to see and what they don’t want to see on a video. This is one of the most important elements of your marketing plan.

Personal Call Service

• The personal call service is USA Elite Training, LLC Recruiting Team calls the coaches of the schools you have chosen. This is a great way to ensure your video is in the coach’s hand and what interest level the coach may have in you. Most Common College Recruiting Questions

1. When to Start the College Recruiting Process?
All players who think they want to play softball in college. A player is never too young to start working on her personal softball marketing plan. Don’t make the mistake of many parents and start thinking about playing softball at the college level when your daughter is a Junior or Senior in high school. The ideal situation is to let us start to work with you and your daughter just as she enters high school.

2. How do I make a list of School that I am interested?
In order to make the initial list, a player must figure out some basic parameters to create the initial list, which can include the size of school, the location, their academic interest, and financial costs. The initial list of school should be large selection of school. To help your daughter to determine some of these parameters, it is recommended visit a few local college campus so that your daughter will some knowledge about a college campus.

3. Do College Coaches Come out to High School Games?
Usually the College Coaches are in the middle of their season while you are playing high school. The college coaches have limited budget and will attend showcases and summer tournaments, where they can see hundreds of players at once verses two teams.
