USA Elite Training - April Break Clinic

  Session 1:  COMPLETE SOFTBALL SKILLS CLINIC
  Time: 10:00am-12 noon
  Ages:  6-13
  Registration:  Members $99/ Non-Members $109

  Session 2:  PITCHERS/CATCHERS
  Time:  12:30-2:00 pm
  Ages:   8-13

Clinic Overview

• Pitchers & Catchers Clinic
  The pitchers will be using USA Elite Training’s innovative training system created by owner Jen Hapanowicz to work on developing efficient mechanics to increase speed and balance, explosion and accuracy of pitch location.   The more experienced pitchers will work on their change-up & creating more spin and accurate movement of their breaking pitches.  The Rev Fire and Radar Gun will be used to measure spin rotation and pitch speed.
  
  The catchers will work on stance, receiving the ball and framing, correct throwing, blocking, pick-off plays, fielding bunts, pass balls, and drills to increase footwork speed and strength.
  
  ** video feedback will be provided using the USA Elite LLC VSA Gold app during the Pitchers and Catchers Session
  
  
• Hitting & Fielding Clinic
  USA Elite's Hitting & Fielding Clinic .  Proper throwing and fielding techniques for infield and outfield will be taught through drills and instruction.  Thehitting portion of the clinic will use the USA Elite Training teaching system including:  Fundamentals of the swing, proper dynamic balance, correct hand path to the ball, maximizing bat speed, learning how to hit various pitches. .
  
  ** video feedback will be provided for hitting using the USA Elite VSA Gold app
  Cancellation Policy:    7 day notice required for refund.   No make-ups for illness.   Medical Injuries with a Doctor's note a Credit will be provided
