USA Elite Training Facility, 280 Schoolhouse Rd., Unit D, Cheshire CTHigh School Classes Includes:
- 2 Side by side Video Swing Analysis being compared to a pro model will be provided to the student.
- Players will learn the correct sequence of hitting mechanics and the importance of balance and rhythmn during their swing. They will also be taught how to maximize the power in their swing with correct weight transfer and hand path to the ball. Players will work on hitting to all fields, hitting change-ups and movement pitches. Included in each session will be strength training to improve their swing.
- Players will be expected to practice 2 times / week out of class in order to maximize their winter training program.
Pre-Requisite: Participants must be travel ball players / pre-approved by USA Elite Training
Registration: $300 Members / $350 Non-Members (pls note - member price is avail to those players who currently hold memberships to USA Elite Training, for info on memberships, please call our facility or go to www.usaelitetraining.com)

Program Designed By- Kim Gwydir
- The Virtual Softball Academy Hitting Classes are designed by USA Elite Hitting Director Kim Gwydir
- Coach Gwydir will instruct as many classes as possible and will over see all classes
- USA Elite senior instructors trained by Kim will assist in teaching the VSA Classes

After guiding LIU-CW Post in NY to a Division II NCAA regional berth, Kim moved to Florida in 1998 and started the softball program at Florida International University and became their first Head Coach. At FIU, she amassed over 440 victories and achieved several NCAA top 25 rankings.
Coach Gwydir has worked with the Gold Coast Hurricanes ASA 18U Gold softball team who were the ASA Gold National Champions in 2008 and also took 2nd place in
2009 and 3rd place in 2007.
